Pricing...Most of the sites we build for outfitters come in under $2000, some way under.
Think about this for a second. $2000 is less than 1/2 the price of many fully guided hunts. This means that if you only get one new hunter as a result of your new website, you come out ahead.
Every web design project is unique. After talking with you or your representative to discuss your needs, your timeline, and your ability to participate in the project development, we will provide you with the total project cost in written form. This price will be final and will include everything that was discussed and agreed upon. Additional work beyond the scope of that work as defined in our written proposal may necessitate additional fees. Because the majority of our work is accomplished in the early stages of the project, it is our policy to collect a deposit of 50% of our bid price upon receipt of your confirmation of acceptance.
While large corporations may have almost unlimited resources from which to draw to design and manage their web presence; most outfitters have strict budget constraints with which to build a website; yet they are keenly aware of their need to be “on the web.” HighCountry WebDesigns exists to meet that need.
The two factors that most directly affect the cost of designing and deploying your site are:
- Volume or total number of pages
- Outfitter participation.
An important part of our service is to make recommendations that will help you to communicate your message while keeping the costs down. Some believe that more is better. We believe that is not always the case. With over twenty years of editorial experience, we can help you to communicate your message professionally and succinctly.
When it comes to providing content, logos, company graphics, and other proprietary material, you are the most qualified source for these materials. While we are more than happy to create original content, design logos, or locate the appropriate photo or graphic, that takes time which will directly reflect in higher costs. Your regular participation in this area can speed the project along and help to control costs.
